My name is Andrea Wilson!
I have been practicing Pilates since 2012, and first tried it because I was curious. I had heard about the benefits (core strength, flexibility, overall toning), and though it is all of that, it is more! I began with mat classes, eventually getting certified in classical mat through Power Pilates. Continuing with my mat practice, I eventually wanted to explore more of Joseph's inventions (reformer, chair, ladder barrel, Cadillac).
I became fully certified in 2020 and began teaching both group and private lessons. A passion for helping people move better, and therefore feel better, has brought me to where I am now.
I believe Pilates to be the best form of movement to enhance all lifestyles, all ages, all bodies!
